Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a dynamic Business Support Specialist in Citywest for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on data extraction, analysis, and reporting across multiple sources to deliver accurate insights for 100+ blue-chip clients. Hybrid working hours, strong IT knowledge, and excellent communication are essential.

You will collaborate with various teams to validate data, manage pricing and master data inputs, and support high-level administrative duties with reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and validation skills with data manipulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and IT proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and clients.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP BW/BI knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Generate reporting, pricing and operational metrics for 100+ blue-chip clients.
• Collaborate with other functions to gather and validate data from multiple sources.
• Coordinate New Account and New Product set ups for accuracy and consistency.
• Support Master Data input for pricing and billing perspectives.
• Act as a data catalyst to improve customer experience.
