Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive for a 12-month contract to support the transition to a new ERP system. You will address queries from Allphar's principals and customers and generate reports from two ERP systems.

You will assist in creating daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and collaborate with the Key Account Management team on IT projects, while analysing data to provide clear insights for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and the capability of managing multiple complex projects and clients.
• Advanced PC skills for Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Address specific queries from Allphar's principals and customers on a daily basis.
• Generate reports from two ERP systems.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports during the transition.
• Support the reporting requirements of the Allphar Services business during the ERP transition.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Management team on key IT projects for principals.
• Analyse data and present findings to the commercial team.
