Job summary

Link Personnel Services in Dublin 2 is seeking a Legal Executive with 3+ years of experience in property to join its growing team. The role reports to a Partner and involves working with developers, housing bodies and government agencies.

The duties include liaising with banks and developers, investigating title for Land Registry, drafting contracts for sale and resolving complex title issues, with client-facing responsibilities and a strong emphasis on residential property experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Legal Executive in property
• Experience with residential property deals is a plus
• Experience dealing directly with clients
