Job summary

Blake Search Partners in Dublin 2 is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a best-in-class portfolio of commercial assets. You will work closely with investment, asset services and finance teams to manage day-to-day operations, occupier relations and performance against lease obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial property and asset management.
• Real estate/property qualification preferred.
• SCSI/RICS membership preferred.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; able to interpret leases, budgets and service charges.
• Proficient in Excel and property management systems such as Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for single-let occupiers and oversee inspections, maintenance and lease compliance.
• Coordinate dilapidations and lease administration; advise on landlord/tenant matters.
• Assist with rent collection, service charges and budgeting; monitor arrears and costs.
• Oversee external agents; review service charge budgets, reconciliations and CAPEX expenditure.
• Assist acquisitions/disposals and asset management with due diligence and handover of projects.
• Coordinate insurance renewals and reinstatement valuation programmes, maintain risk management.
• Ensure lease and property data accuracy; prepare portfolio reports and management information.
• Collaborate with Investment, Finance, Projects, Sustainability and Development teams.
