Madison Berkeley in Dublin is seeking a Senior Property Manager / Associate Director to lead our commercial property management mandate. You will own major assets and work directly with institutional clients.

The role offers genuine ownership, exposure to senior clients, and the chance to drive ESG initiatives while mentoring junior staff and shaping service delivery across retail, offices and mixed-use assets.

The Opportunity

I'm working with one of the largest Management Surveying teams in Ireland as they continue to grow their Dublin business.

There are plenty of Property Management roles around, but the attraction with this one is pretty straightforward: The assets and clients are seriously good.

The team manages some of the biggest and best commercial assets in Ireland, acting for major institutional owners across retail, offices and mixed-use.

One of the instructions is the largest multi-let Property Management mandate ever brought to the Irish market, alongside several of the country's most high-profile commercial and retail assets.

So this isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a portfolio and spend your life administering it.

You'll be given genuine ownership of major assets, direct exposure to senior clients and the opportunity to become properly embedded in some of the team's most important instructions.

The Role

• Acting as a key contact for major institutional clients
• Managing complex service charge budgets and key lease events
• Building relationships with occupiers and advising around trading performance, lease matters and wider asset issues
• Working closely with senior Directors across some of the team's largest and most important instructions
• Mentoring junior team members and helping develop key client relationships
• Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives

Who We're Looking For

I'm keen to speak with experienced Commercial Property / Management Surveyors currently operating around Property Manager through to Associate Director level.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong commercial Property Management experience
• Good service charge and lease management knowledge
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and occupiers
• A practical and commercial approach to Property Management
• The ability to work autonomously and take genuine ownership of your assets
• RICS / SCSI qualification is preferred but not essential
