Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Dublin 12. You will partner with project and operational leadership to manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, financial reporting and contract management for a busy portfolio across networks and in-home services.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, reviewing CVRs, supporting P&L reviews, and providing commercial input into tenders and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, finance or project environment.
• Strong understanding of contracts and contractual requirements.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Good proficiency across Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in achieving financial and commercial targets.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and financial variances.
• Review monthly CVRs against project budgets.
• Work with Project Directors on budgets, forecasts and cost-to-completion.
• Review project claims, variations, commercial risks and contract positions.
• Manage subcontractor documentation, payment schedules and cash-flow projections.
• Monitor working capital, WIP, debtors and revenue assurance.
• Develop KPI and exception reporting.
• Support monthly P&L reviews with project teams.
• Provide commercial input into new business tenders and contract renewals.
• Develop pricing models, revenue and cost projections.
• Assess commercial risk and support tender/proposal development.
• Manage commercial contract negotiations with clients.
• Support project mobilisation through timelines, milestones, cost profiles and margin forecasting.
