Red Chair Recruitment in Galway is seeking a Commercial Lines Manager with strong experience in commercial insurance to manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, provide tailored insurance advice, and identify new business opportunities.

This permanent role offers flexible hybrid, remote (from Galway, Kerry, Donegal or Dublin) or office-based working options and a salary in the region of €50,000 – €70,000 plus commission based on performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance.
• Experience managing SME/commercial accounts and developing new business advantageous.
• Strong knowledge and experience within commercial insurance.
• Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring excellent service and strong client relationships.
• Advise businesses on appropriate commercial insurance products and cover requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, existing relationships and proactive business development.
• Prepare, negotiate and manage commercial insurance quotations, renewals, adjustments and policy documentation.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure appropriate cover and competitive terms.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional revenue.
• Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to policy placement and renewal.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the commercial insurance division.
• Strong knowledge and experience within commercial insurance.
• Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of client needs and risk.

Our Galway based clients are presently recruiting for a Commercial Lines Manager. You will come with strong previous experience in commercial insurance and will take responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance advice and identifying new business opportunities.
