Job summary

PRC Recruitment in Ireland is seeking an executive to build systems, automations and data for the commercial team. This hands-on role owns workflows behind pricing, product content, reporting and sales activity, applying AI where it saves time and cost.

You will work with the sales team on target accounts, quotes, tenders and pipeline reporting, and you will deploy AI tools, create dashboards on performance, margin, pricing and stock, and ensure data quality across CRM and ERP.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, commerce, analytics, engineering or related field.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with large datasets.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools to automate workflows.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience supporting a B2B sales team on pricing, quotes or tenders.
• Retail or eCommerce background strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Build and own automated workflows across commercial, sales and marketing, replacing manual processes.
• Deploy AI tools into day-to-day commercial work - pricing analysis, product content, lead research, reporting - and measure the time and margin they return.
• Build dashboards and reporting on sales performance, margin, pricing and stock, and make them self-serve for the team.
• Support the sales team to win new business: target account lists, prospect data, quote and tender support, pricing and margin analysis on deals.
• Run pricing and range analysis across product categories and recommend commercial changes.
• Own commercial data quality across our CRM and ERP, and the integrations between them.
• Lead commercial projects from spec through to delivery - new ranges, new systems, new markets.
• Produce the numbers behind budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
