Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, lead generation or digital advertising.
• 1-2+ years in a team lead or people management role.
• Proven track record of hitting quota in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Experience in digital advertising or media sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Ad Sales Executives across SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
• Own team-level quota attainment, pipeline, forecast accuracy and productivity.
• Set clear daily, weekly and monthly performance expectations; run structured pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.
• Build onboarding and ramp programs tailored to each seller's experience level.
• Create individualized development plans to support team growth and progression.
