Job summary

FRS Recruitment in Waterford, Ireland, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their team servicing Dungarvan and surrounding branches. You will build and manage your own portfolio of commercial clients, handling new business, renewals, and mid-term alterations.

The role requires CIP qualification or equivalent, 2+ years in a similar broker role, and strong negotiation and client-service skills.

Qualifications

• CIP (Insurance Institute of Ireland) qualified (or Grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance.
• 2+ years' experience in a Commercial Account Executive or similar broker role.
• Proven ability to win new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Our client isseeking to recruit a highly motivated Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their Commercial Team servicing their office in Dungarvan (the role can be worked 4 days from any of the clients' branches in Cork/Waterford with one day required to be worked in their branch in Dungarvan.

You need to show that you understand your client’s needs when advising them on their insurance requirements. The role involves securing new business, renewals, and processing mid-term alterations.

The Role
