Liquidline is a fast-growing coffee solutions provider serving the UK and Ireland. Based in the field, you will install, service and repair coffee machines, water coolers, juice machines and boiler systems at customer premises, delivering WOW service to clients and colleagues.

You will need technical skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving; you will be part of a high‑calibre team, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in Bean to Cup, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and communication with customers and colleagues.
• Understanding of locations and road networks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain equipment with clear customer communication and high service quality.
• Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Keep tools, equipment and vehicles in good condition; report faults daily.
• Complete online job sheets and time sheets; ensure client satisfaction before leaving premises.
• Provide spare parts via Eagle App and manage stock replenishment.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and escalate risks to management.
