Job summary

Vickerstock is looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain commercial coffee equipment across Dublin and Southern Ireland. You will travel to client sites, perform planned maintenance and diagnose faults on-site and remotely, ensuring equipment is configured to customer specifications.

The role offers a competitive package with a company van and fuel card, a dedicated mobile phone, extensive training, and 33 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing and maintaining commercial coffee equipment is essential.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Able to work to customer SLAs and respond to emergency call-outs.
• Full driving licence.
• Ideally based within a 30-mile radius of Dublin.
• Willing to travel to Belfast for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial coffee equipment.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with customer SLAs.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and diagnose faults on-site and remotely.
• Repair and service a range of coffee machines and equipment.
• Programme and configure machines to customer requirements.
• Refurbish and test used equipment.
• Record jobs, parts and outcomes on the Service App.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
