Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the local field service engineering team.
• Oversee reactive calls, preventive maintenance, surveys and installations.
• Monitor first-time fix rates, response times and backlog.
• Identify recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee spare parts stock and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality and Customer Experience teams.
• Evaluate new equipment technologies with manufacturers.
