Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Field Based Service Technician to install, service and maintain our water coolers and filtration systems across the Midlands. You will work independently delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service at client sites.

Responsibilities include sanitization, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and keeping accurate digital records. A full driving licence and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, technical, hygiene or sanitization roles is desirable; training provided on full range of products.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Experience in a target-driven environment and achieving KPIs.
• Good geographical knowledge of local area and surrounding regions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is safe, hygienic and fully operational.
• Installing, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replacing filters and other consumable components in line with service schedules.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Completing digital service and sanitization records using company systems.
• Managing van stock and maintaining tools and materials for daily activities.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for Culligan.
• Working in line with all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
