Qualifications

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in an enterprise SaaS or integrated system environment.
Ability to read and understand code and technical structures (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL).
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical findings to diverse audiences.
Customer-facing experience with a focus on problem resolution and service excellence.
Multilingual capability: Portuguese, Spanish or French.

Responsibilities

Lead investigation and resolution of complex Salesforce-related issues (functionalities, integrations, APIs, platform performance).
Read, analyze, and understand customer code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) to identify root causes without writing production code.
Provide clear, timely solutions and best-practice guidance to optimise platform use.
Manage full issue lifecycle from initial contact to resolution with a professional customer experience.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge articles.
