Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is assisting a leading Cloud Security company in Dublin South to recruit 4 Technical Support Engineers. You will provide front-line support across Email, DNS, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus and Anti-Phishing products, acting as the first contact for customer issues.

The role requires a technical degree, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with experience using ticketing systems. Dublin-based opportunity with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical/IT field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Analytical mind with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent telephone manner.
• Experience using ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving.
• First point of contact for customer issues.
• Providing support via telephone, email, and ticketing system.
• Setting up and configuring new customer accounts.
• Developing domain expertise in Email, DNS, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, and Anti-Phishing.
• Promoting and educating clients on the company's products and services.
• Managing customer communications across email, tickets, and phone, as part of a team.
