Job summary

Ekco in Ireland is seeking an IT support professional to manage client tickets end-to-end, document communications thoroughly, and troubleshoot issues with care, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.

You will mentor new staff, coordinate with clients and third-party vendors, support weekly goals set by the Service Delivery Manager, and use Office 365, Azure AD, and MS Teams to deliver secure, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or maths.
• Experience documenting tickets and communicating with clients.
• Ability to mentor new staff and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets with thorough client communication and notes.
• Troubleshoot support issues and perform tech checks.
• Mentor and train new staff when they join.
• Communicate issues in daily/weekly huddles via MS Teams.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors.
• Work toward weekly goals set by the Service Delivery Manager.
• Ensure client data integrity and security during troubleshooting.
• Document changes and processes in the documentation solution.
