Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in IT support or network engineering.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot LAN, switching, VLAN, routing, DHCP, DNS and network performance issues.
- Configure and support wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot firewall and VPN environments.
- Manage customer support tickets and approved network changes.
- Support network installations, upgrades and refresh projects.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams and provide clear diagnostics when escalating issues.
