Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a leading cyber security company in South Dublin. You’ll empower the sales team to exceed revenue goals and support pre- and post-sale initiatives.

You will handle administrative tasks across sales, marketing and customer service, liaise with customers, prepare quotations, and maintain client data. The role demands 2+ years in sales support, IT industry knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support or customer service.
• Knowledge of the IT industry and experience with vendors or MSPs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM or data management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a clear phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive follow-up on leads.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales support across sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Liaise daily with customers and prospective clients, managing communications and follow-ups.
• Issue documentation, quotations, and reports to customers, sales team members and management.
• Maintain and update the database, including profiling new clients.
• Coordinate diary management and meeting planning to maximize the sales team’s schedules.
