Job summary

NEC Aspire Technology seeks a Sales Manager for Cloud & AI to lead regional growth in Central Europe, driving new cloud and AI opportunities and expanding key customer relationships. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and pursue a high-OTE compensation plan.

The role requires a track record in selling to CSPs, working with partners, and managing complex, high-value deals across cloud and digital infrastructure. English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience with CSPs and in cloud/digital infrastructure sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
Experience selling with and through Solution Partners (e.g. systems or network integrators).
Experience selling to CSPs in high-value, complex deals; strong hunting and farming capabilities.
Fluent in English; Portuguese/Spanish desirable; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new cloud, AI and digital infrastructure opportunities.
Drive pipeline creation with focus on high-value opportunities.
Maintain and grow existing strategic customer relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Lead complex deal cycles from origination to closure and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and manage partner-led opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.
