Job summary

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, seeking a Trailblazer to drive customer success for the Eastern European SMB market from Dublin. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce, balancing new business with expansion.

Hybrid role based in Dublin with relocation support. Fluent in Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian and English; proven quota-carrying technology sales experience and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales.
• Ability to design and execute sales plans to hit quotas and grow accounts.
• Experience engaging C-level decision-makers with a consultative approach.
• Proficient in English; fluency in additional EU languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales in the Eastern European market from lead to close.
• Drive new business and expand existing accounts with strategy and cadence.
• Apply solution selling to align Salesforce AI/Data to customer goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders via virtual and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with BDR, pre-sales, and marketing to optimize the funnel.
