We seek a Clinical Talent & Credentialling Specialist to own credentialling frameworks, run clinical assessments, and lead end-to-end hiring for Ireland, the UK and Australia.

You will partner with clinical leads and the People team to ensure governance, regulatory compliance and robust onboarding.

Qualifications

• Specialist in credentialling across regulatory regimes.
• Experience designing role-specific clinical assessments.
• Ability to partner with clinical leads and People team.
• Proven track record in end-to-end clinical hiring across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical credentialling matrix for every clinical role and market.
• Verify credentials with regulatory bodies and assess equivalence across jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting the clinical workforce and advise hiring impact.
• Lead ongoing re-verification of registrations and ensure valid credentials at all times.
• Keep credentialling and pre-employment records audit-ready for contracts and governance reviews.
• Design jurisdiction-specific pre-employment screenings and checks across markets.
