We are seeking a Clinical Talent & Credentialling Specialist to act as the organisation's specialist on how clinical professionals are sourced, assessed and credentialled across three regulatory jurisdictions. This is not a generalist recruitment role. Our clinical workforce spans counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, Digital Therapists, Client Care Counsellors, GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, each governed by different registration and accreditation regimes in each market. You will own the credentialling framework that determines who is qualified to deliver care on our behalf, design and run role‑specific clinical assessment with our clinical leads, and lead end‑to‑end clinical hiring across Ireland, the UK and Australia. You will also provide specialist people support to clinical managers through onboarding, probation and early retention. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition Manager, clinical leads and the wider People team, and your judgement will directly shape clinical governance, client contract compliance and our capacity to grow.
