Job summary

Spectrum Primary Care in Limerick is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering care both in person and digitally. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum 20 hours in clinic, plus flexible digital hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (essential).
• CORU registration (essential).
• Chartered ISCP membership (essential).

• Private practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients, in clinic and digitally.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; educate patients.
• Complete admin tasks: notes, reports, payments, receipts.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals; meet GP/referrers.
• Support marketing and CPD activities; participate in study groups.
• Monitor stock levels and equipment; maintain CPD folder.
• Contribute content/blogs and provide on-ground feedback.

Main Job Information

Location: Limerick

Hours: Hybrid Role – minimum 20 hours required for in clinic appointments. Flexibility offered for additional digital hours.

• 2 days a week in Limerick - 10 hour days in Shanabooly within the Laya Wellness clinic
• 1 day per month in the VHI Dooradoyle clinic

Days: Monday to Saturday, flexible schedule

Salary: €38,850-€55,125 + 40% commission per quarter based on above target goal

Note that this role does not meet the minimum requirements to sponsor work permit.

What is the role and what will my responsibilities be?

• Work with patients who have a range of conditions, primarily neuro-musculoskeletal, both face to face and digitally
• Independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, then provide treatment accordingly
• Educate patients about how to prevent and/or improve their conditions
• Admin responsibilities: medical case notes, reports, statistics, managing patient payments and issuing receipts
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals in a timely manner
• Conduct meetings with local GPs and potential referrers
• Assist the marketing team in generating new patients
• Part-take and facilitate in internal study groups
• Report stock levels and equipment repairs to the Operations Executive
• Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up to date CPD folder
• You may be required to create content and blogs from time to time
• You may be required to work with the marketing team and provide them with on the ground feedback
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

What experience and qualifications do I need?
