Job summary

Spectrum.Life in Ireland is seeking a Clinical Talent & Credentialling Specialist to own credentialling matrices, verify qualifications, and ensure compliant hiring across Ireland, the UK and Australia.

You will design role-specific assessments, coordinate end-to-end clinical recruitment, and partner with clinical leads to build trusted governance processes that support patient safety and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical recruitment or talent acquisition in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience across Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia.
• Knowledge of registration and accreditation regimes for clinicians in those markets.
• Designing competency-based or clinical-scenario assessments with clinical leads.
• Experience with jurisdiction-specific pre-employment compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain credentialling matrices for all clinical roles across markets.
• Verify credentials with regulatory bodies and handle equivalence determinations.
• Lead end-to-end clinical hiring across three markets and support onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pools for high-volume roles.
• Advise on onboarding, probation and early retention in collaboration with People team.
