Job summary

Spectrum.Life is hiring a Clinical Talent & Credentialling Specialist to lead credentialling, assessment and sourcing across Ireland, the UK and Australia. This role works remotely within Ireland, with access to the Dublin office, and carries a 40-hour work week.

You will own credentialling governance, design assessments, manage end-to-end hiring, and partner with clinical managers to ensure compliant onboarding across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical recruitment/talent acquisition, including in-house in regulated health care.
• Experience recruiting across two of Ireland, UK, Australia.
• Knowledge of registration regimes (CORU, NMBI, HCPC, AHPRA, etc.)
• Experience designing competency-based assessments
• Pre-employment health compliance checks (Garda vetting, DBS, police checks, WWC)
• Know permits and right-to-work in Ireland/UK/Australia
• Track record managing multi-market clinical pipeline
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search
• Proficiency in stakeholder guidance and influencing senior leaders
• Ability to advise clinical managers on onboarding and probation

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical credentialling and governance
• Maintain clinical credentialling matrix for every clinical role in every market
• Verify credentials with regulatory bodies and determine equivalence
• Track regulatory developments and advise on CORU impacts
• Lead ongoing re-verification of registrations and accreditations
• Oversee Garda vetting, DBS, National Police Checks and Working with Children Checks
• Design competency-based or clinical scenario assessments with clinical leads
• Conduct structured first-stage assessments and recommend candidates
• Lead end-to-end clinical hiring process from demand to offer
• Forecast clinical demand and develop sourcing strategies
• Source internationally where needed and manage permits/right-to-work
• Advise clinical managers on onboarding, probation and early-tenure support
• Report on time-to-hire, pipeline metrics, quality of hire
• Contribute to People policies on recruitment, credentialling and onboarding
