Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate to work with the Clinical Sales Manager, gaining knowledge in clinical, technical, and sales aspects. The role focuses on training to become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary surgical specialties and developing robotics programs in the assigned territory.

During the first year you will emphasize technical and clinical aspects, while in year two you will progress into sales.

Qualifications

• Develop a working knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.
• Becoming a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert in the assigned territory.
• Willingness to train to support surgical robotics programs.

Responsibilities

• Case Support - be a resource to the surgical team by providing guidance and training on the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services - lead technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Selling Activities - support sales goals through demonstrations, in-services, OR selling activities, and training.
• Customer Support - coordinate regional sales events and drive procedure adoption via demonstrations and trainings.
• Administrative Duties - manage reports, expenses, and required online modules.
