Job summary

Hidden Hearing Ireland is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for the Bray Hearing Centre to join a team delivering life‑changing hearing care. You will handle patient care calls, telemarketing leads, and help maintain patient diaries while representing the brand with professionalism.

The role offers a basic salary of €30,000 with commission, aiming for on‑target earnings around €40,000 per year, plus benefits and a supportive work culture focused on inclusion and career development.

Qualifications

Based in our Bray Hearing Centre, we are looking for someone to build their professional career with Hidden Hearing as an integral member of our team, helping patients hear better every day. As Clinic Coordinator, you will deliver life‑changing hearing healthcare firsthand, while building the success of yourself, your colleagues, and our patients.

Core Responsibilities

• Patient Care – provide high‑quality professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls, covering the Bray and greater area.
• Telemarketing – manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls and leads for the Bray area, ensuring weekly, quarterly and annual targets are met and diaries are full. Expectation is to complete 80+ calls per day. Previous telemarketing experience advantageous.
• Brand Ambassador – represent Hidden Hearing, upholding our core values daily by consistently delivering phenomenal patient care.

The role offers a basic salary of €30,000, plus commission, with on‑target earnings of around €40,000 per annum.
