Overview

Hidden Hearing is dedicated to reducing the stigma of hearing loss. We empower patients to take control of their hearing healthcare, and we seek people who want to help others access hearing healthcare. The Bray Hearing Centre is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to contribute as an integral member of our team, delivering life-changing hearing healthcare while building success for colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care – provide high quality professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls, covering the Bray and greater area.
• Telemarketing – manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Bray area, ensure weekly/quarterly/annual targets are met, and maintain full diaries. The role typically involves completing 80+ calls per day; previous telemarketing experience is advantageous.
• Brand Ambassador – represent Hidden Hearing by upholding core values and consistently delivering a high standard of patient care experience.

Compensation

There is a basic salary of €30,000, plus commission, giving On Target Earnings of circa €40,000 per annum. OTE for this role: €30,000 - €40,000 per year.
