Qualifications

• Patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care via inbound/outbound calls for Bray area.
• Manage telemarketing calls and leads to meet targets and keep diaries full (80+ calls/day).
• Represent Hidden Hearing and uphold company values while delivering excellent patient care.
