Hidden Hearing in Ireland is seeking a Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser to deliver a first-class service to patients and ensure access to optimal hearing solutions. This clinic-based role offers a clear career path with strong commission structure and benefits.

OTE for the role is circa €100K per annum, with a salary range of €35,000 to €100,000 per year and a permanent, full-time, graduate entry pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Direct B2C sales experience is essential.
• Ability to study, understand audiometry and pass assessments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

The Role

Once qualified and registered, as a Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will provide a first-class level of service to our patients and ensure they enjoy the full benefit of our hearing devices.

In this important role, you will:

• Conduct hearing tests and advise patients on the most suitable hearing devices to meet their needs
• Process orders and ensure patients are satisfied with their hearing devices
• Provide excellent after-care support by promptly answering patients’ queries

About You

To be considered for this Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser opportunity, you will need:

• Previous experience working to sales targets
• Previous relevant direct business-to-customer sales experience essential
• The ability to study, demonstrate understanding of audiometry and pass continuous assessments
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written advanced English is essential
• A full, valid driving licence
