Hidden Hearing Ireland is seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator at the Ballsbridge Hearing Centre. You will provide professional patient care, manage telemarketing calls, and serve as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A basic salary of €30,000 with the potential On-Target Earnings of approximately €40,000. The role is permanent and requires in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, with no weekends or bank holidays involved.

Position Overview

As a Clinic Coordinator at Ballsbridge Hearing Centre, you will deliver life‑changing hearing healthcare and support patients, colleagues and the business for success.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care – Provide professional patient care for all inbound and outbound calls, covering Ballsbridge and the greater area.
• Telemarketing – Manage inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Ballsbridge area, meet weekly/quarterly and annual targets, keep diaries full, and complete 80+ calls per day. Previous telemarketing experience is advantageous.
• Brand Ambassador – Represent Hidden Hearing and uphold our core values by delivering a phenomenal patient care experience.

Basic salary €30,000 per year, plus commission, with On‑Target Earnings of approximately €40,000.

Job type: Permanent, Full‑time. Work location: In person.
