Job summary

U.S. Bank, through its Elavon Bankcard Operations Europe unit, seeks an Account Coordinator to join the Corporate Payment Systems team. The role focuses on supporting program administrators, resolving client queries, and promoting efficient card programs.

This 10-month fixed-term contract requires at least two years in customer-facing roles, fluency in English, and the ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three days per week. Ireland-based applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, account management or customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Multilingual ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to Commercial Program Administrators, enabling effective management and optimisation of credit card programs.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, maintaining a strong customer focus.
• Promote best-practice standards and ensure processes are robust, efficient, and consistently applied.
• Drive program usage and spend through proactive engagement and value-added support.
• Assist with accounting, reconciliation and optimisation activities, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Analyse client reporting needs to ensure insights align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure seamless delivery and end-to-end service.
