Qualifikationen

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year experience in a customer account management role in a sales-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a large portfolio with a focus on customer retention and business growth.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with ability to negotiate confidently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt communication style.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a multinational organisation.
• Adapt to changing priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and positive approach, with enthusiasm for learning about the Elavon business.

Aufgaben

• Achieve agreed monthly sales and customer retention targets.
• Engage proactively with customers to communicate relevant products, services, offers and promotions.
• Maintain reporting and forecasting across daily, weekly and monthly activity including CRM updates.
• Deliver against KPIs and performance objectives set by the Line Manager.
• Plan and conduct face-to-face customer meetings to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Elavon card payment solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of the payments market and competitors to maximise opportunities.
