Northern Trust in Ireland seeks a Fund Administration professional to act as the primary client-facing partner for a portfolio of funds, delivering service and delivery within fund accounting. You will manage queries, KPIs and service reviews to ensure high standards of client satisfaction.

Role requires building relationships with internal teams and clients, coordinating change discussions, and guiding project delivery across the Fund Services domain in EMEA.

Competenze

• The ideal candidate will be educated to third level in a relevant field (e.g. accounting, finance, economics or similar).
• Operational experience preferably gained in a Fund Accounting role.

Mansioni

• Be a primary point of contact for a single or multiple Northern Trust client/s within the segment, ensuring excellence in communication and resolutions of client queries.
• Prepare and present KPI and service level reporting to internal stakeholders and third parties.
• Build a stable relationship with clients and internal teams to support key interactions and escalation.
• Represent NT across all service and change discussions for Fund accounting, Financial Reporting and Expenses.
• Manages directly a team of professionals in cross product areas when required.
• Contribute to build out the operating model within Fund Services in EMEA.
• Ensure service quality delivered to clients is excellent.
• Develop progressive approaches to improve client service quality.
• Support coordination and delivery of key service reviews, due diligence, and client presentations.
• Assist Senior Management with escalation of issues and service updates for clients.
• Maintain regular on-site relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders.
