Job summary

You will supervise quality checks, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements while working within regulatory and risk governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Third level degree required.
• Interest in developing a career in investor services.
• Experience in a transfer agency role preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Handle investor registration and dealing processes.
• Ensure AML, FATCA and CRS compliance.
• Manage client and investor communications.
• Produce monthly KPIs and perform quality checks.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with India-based team.
