Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick, Ireland, seeks a Senior Consultant in Client Services for Fund Administration. You will be the primary client-facing partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring service delivery within fund accounting, including query management and KPI reporting.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high service levels, manage incidents, and drive improvements in the operating model across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Educated to third level in accounting/finance/economics or similar.
• Operational experience in a Fund Accounting role.
• Strong client focus and communication skills.
• Regulatory knowledge in funds and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a single or multiple Northern Trust client within the segment.
• Ensure excellence in communication, responsiveness and resolutions of client and partner queries.
• Prepare and present KPI and service level reporting to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to support key interactions.
