PAUL HYPE PAGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Executive in Dublin to manage existing client relationships, support renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities.

You will coordinate with internal teams and maintain CRM records to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in customer service or sales-related fields, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service, account management, sales or business development preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as primary contact for client enquiries and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable services.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, renewals and opportunities.
• Track client communications and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Assist with handling client complaints and service issues.
• Support client retention and ongoing account management.
• Take on ad hoc duties and projects as required.
