PAUL HYPE PAGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Executive in Dublin to manage existing client relationships, support renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities.

You will coordinate with internal teams and maintain CRM records to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in customer service or sales-related fields, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service, account management, sales or business development preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Executive to manage existing client relationships, support sales activities and identify opportunities for additional business.

This role combines customer relationship management, account servicing and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, supporting renewals and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as a point of contact for client enquiries and follow-up matters
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, renewals and sales opportunities
• Follow up with clients on outstanding decisions, documents or payments where required
• Maintain accurate client information and sales records in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are handled properly
• Assist with customer complaints and service-related issues
• Support client retention and ongoing account management
• Handle ad hoc duties, projects and assignments when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in customer service, account management, sales, business development or professional services is preferred
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational ability
• Comfortable working with clients, sales targets and multiple accounts
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams
• Able to join immediately
