Job summary

State Street is seeking a client-facing Production Support Analyst for Charles River IMS. You will provide expert level remote management, administration and support for hosted and non-hosted clients, with focus on system availability, performance tuning and problem resolution.

You will work closely with Clients and vendors, perform configuration changes, patches and upgrades, and support business continuity with DR planning. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services Investment Management or related systems (e.g., Charles River IMS) is highly preferable.
• Proven ability to partner with internal departments to deliver customer service.
• Experience with database configuration, operations and basic administration functions (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase).
• An understanding of servers, operating systems, networks, scripting, and monitoring tools is advantageous.

• Manage user privileges, parameter configuration changes and system availability.
• Perform patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery/business continuity support.
