Job summary

State Street in Dublin is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert remote management, administration and support for Charles River IMS solutions. You will work closely with clients to optimize system use, manage user privileges, and ensure uptime.

The role involves parameter configuration, performance tuning, patches and upgrades, and collaboration with vendors to deliver seamless service. Occasional out of hours work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with financial services investment management systems preferred (e.g., Charles River IMS)
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase database configuration/operations
• Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level remote management, administration and support for Charles River IMS solutions
• Client assistance in optimal use of the system and user administration/privileges
• Configure parameters and ensure system availability; perform patches and upgrades
• Monitor daily operational processing and performance tuning
• Collaborate with vendors and Charles River colleagues to transition new clients to production
• Participate in development and refinement of services and use of third‑party tools
• Occasional out of hours support and weekend work; possible travel to customer sites
