Glanua is seeking a Civil Project Manager in Ireland to lead civil engineering and building scopes on-site. The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, with strong MS Project and project planning skills, and engagement with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

You will drive HSE compliance, Lean methods such as Last Planner, and coordination across disciplines, while managing budgets, cashflow and procurement. A Level 8 Civil Engineering degree is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a similar Civil Project Manager role
• Experience in water and wastewater industry preferred
• Certificate in Managing Safely for Construction Managers preferable
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project planning tools

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HSE & Sustainability standards on-site.
• Collaborate with clients, client representatives and third-party agencies.
• Lead the construction team across Civil Engineering and Building scopes.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and process engineering.
• Coordinate PSDP for live projects; act as PSCS on sites.
• Conduct regular Health and Safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Apply Lean Construction and Last Planner techniques.
• Monitor project performance; manage risk and opportunities.
• Report monthly performance to framework manager on programme and budget.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and subcontractors; manage cashflow and interim payments.
• Involve in resource management and recruitment as hiring manager.
