Job summary

Glanua is hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead civil and building scopes at Ballineen/Enniskeen and other West Cork sites. You will manage project teams, liaise with clients and sub-contractors, and drive HSE compliance and Lean practices.

The role requires 5+ years in civil delivery, a Level 8 Civil Engineering degree, and strong MS Project skills. A company vehicle and ongoing CPD support are provided through a growing water-focused group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in water/wastewater.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in earthworks, concrete, pipelines and building works.
• Ability to engage with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors on financials.
• Proficient with MS Project and baseline programme updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civil Engineering and Building scope of works on site.
• Collaborate with clients, third parties and internal teams.
• Ensure HSE & Sustainability standards on-site at all times.
• Coordinate PSDP/PSCS duties and maintain up-to-date docs.
• Manage procurement, cashflow and subcontractor interfaces.
