Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering and building scopes on live water and wastewater projects in Ireland. You will drive safety, quality, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a Level 8 degree, and strong leadership with procurement and budgeting capabilities. A competitive on-site package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction or water/wastewater projects.
• Level 8 degree or higher including honours bachelor.
• Strong leadership, on-site safety, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and building scopes and on-site teams.
• Ensure HSQE compliance and safety culture on sites.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and process disciplines.
• Manage procurement, cashflow and interim payments with contracts team.
• Report project performance to the framework manager monthly.
