Glanua seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead the Civil Engineering scope on water and wastewater projects in Ireland. You will drive delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover, managing programme, commercial and HSQE aspects.

You will work within a one-team culture, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support career development through training and promotion opportunities inside the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar civil role, preferably water/wastewater.
• Level 8 Civil Engineering degree required.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage programmes, budgets and HSQE standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Civil Engineering scope of works on one or more projects.
• Manage programme, budget and HSQE performance.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-site safety culture and conduct toolbox talks.
• Prepare baseline programmes and updates using MS Project.
• Mentor staff and support recruitment within the team.
• Support tendering opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
