Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Civil Project Manager in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through construction and handover. You will drive programme management, budgeting, HSQE and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality civil works, mentoring staff, and promoting best practices with a strong emphasis on teamwork and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Civil Project Manager role.
• Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
• Experience in civil works: bulk earthworks, concrete, pipelines and building works.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civil Engineering scope of works on the project.
• Manage programme and budget, and HSQE development on-site.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
• Lead the construction team and liaise with mechanical, electrical and process engineers.
• Promote Lean Construction and Last Planner methods.
