Job summary

Glanua in Ireland seeks a Civil Project Engineer to join our team. You will work on water and wastewater projects, contribute to safe on-site delivery, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors while maintaining budgets and schedules.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, at least two years of experience, and proficiency with GPS, total station, CAD and MS Office. A full driving licence is essential, with potential CPD opportunities and career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Civil Project Engineer role.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with project delivery, procurement and coordination with suppliers.
• Good MS Office, GPS, total station and CAD knowledge.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects as part of a team and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure HSQE standards on-site and maintain safety records.
• Review specifications and drawings; develop design solutions.
• Produce technical reports and monthly progress updates.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site staff.
• Support CPD and mentoring of junior staff.
