Job summary

Glanua is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a team of civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineers on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Leinster. You will drive delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover, reporting on programme, budget and HSQE.

You will manage client relationships, promote a collaborative culture, and oversee procurement, risk management and CPD within a one-team environment across Leinster.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in water/wastewater projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Health, Safety & Welfare at Work regulations; CSMS/Constructing Safe Practice familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure HSE standards and sustainability policies are followed on-site.
• Manage programme, budget and cash flow, reporting monthly to framework manager.
