Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in Learning & Development.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment is an advantage.
• Strong experience in leadership development and capability building.

• Develop and deliver the Learning & Development strategy.
• Partner with leadership to identify capability requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of development programmes.
• Monitor and report on learning activity and outcomes.
