Job summary

Unio, an established wealth management business, seeks a Chief Commercial Officer based in Dublin to drive sustained revenue growth and market share. The role reports to the CEO and oversees commercial strategy across Investments, marketing, pricing and partnerships.

The CCO will lead a data‑driven, regulated approach, shaping client propositions and managing multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver long‑term value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience in financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary commercial teams (sales, marketing, operations).
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own commercial strategy to grow AUM, revenue, and profitability.
• Define client segments and align propositions and service models.
• Oversee pricing, distribution and partner relationships with regulatory compliance.
• Lead data-driven performance management and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product and Operations to deliver growth.
